Triple GLP-1 / GIP / glucagon receptor agonist in a ready-to-use pre-filled pen.

Retatrutide
Triple GLP-1 / GIP / glucagon receptor agonist, 10 mg lyophilised peptide vial.
Retatrutide is a next-generation triple agonist acting on the GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors, often nicknamed “GLP-3”. In a 48-week phase 2 trial published in the New England Journal of Medicine (2023), the highest dose was associated with an average 24.2% reduction in body weight. Phase 3 TRIUMPH trials reporting in 2025–2026 found average losses of up to 28.7% on the top dose. It is still under clinical investigation and not yet approved. This is the 10 mg lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptide in a sealed vial, for reconstitution with bacteriostatic water.
